AS YOU LIKE IT
Circus Theatricals will ring in 2003 with William Shakespeare's As You Like It, starring members of the Circus Theatricals Studio Ensemble. Artistic Director Jack Stehlin will direct. As You Like It, with Nickella Dee, Daniel Nathan Spector, Susan Ziegler, and Elizabeth KouriAs You Like It will also feature original music by Associate Artist Daniel Nathan Spector. Dan also wrote the beautiful music for our production of Twelfth Night in 1998. Associate Artist Alfred Molina will once again serve as Dramaturg. As You Like It, previewing February 7th, 2003, will be presented at the Lex Theatre in Hollywood. Tickets are $15. For reservations, please call 310.226.6144.

TARTUFFE
Jack StehlinOur Spring co-production with the Odyssey Theatre is Moliere's Tartuffe. "Tartuffe" is Moliere’s classic play about religious hypocrisy, seduction and greed. Tartuffe, masquerading as a religious guru, schemes to seduce his benefactor’s wife, marry his daughter, and then swindle him of all he possesses.

Tartuffe marks the sixth collaboration beteen Circus Theatricals and the Odyssey Theatre. Jack Stehlin will play the title role. Casey Biggs directs. Tartuffe is set to open April 26, 2003. For tickets, please call 310-477-2055.

Circus Theatricals Studio for Theatre and Film
Also off to a running start is the Circus Theatricals Studio for Theatre and Film. Our Spring session begins in March, offering classes in Scene Study (with Jack Stehlin), Shakespeare (with Alfred Molina), On-camera TV & Film (with Casey Biggs), Voice & Speech (with Denise Woods), Movement (with Joel Polis, Basic Acting & Improvisation (with Robert Cicchini), Audition (with Anthony Barnao), Screenwriting (with Shem Bitterman), and Alexander Technique (with Debby Jay). All classes are taught by working professionals in the industry.

Circus Theatricals is comprised of Artistic Director Jack Stehlin, Producing Director Jeannine Welles, a core group of distinguished Associate Artists, and members of the Circus Theatricals Studio Ensemble. For more information, please read our "About Circus Theatricals" section.
